Enables the recovery of cells cultured on Corning® Matrigel® Basement Membrane Matrix for subsequent biochemical analyses
Tested for ability to depolymerise a 1 mm thick layer of gelled Matrigel Matrix after one hour at 2° to 8°C
Filtered (0.2 µm membrane) and tested for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma
Stable for at least three months at 2° to 8°C
Handling: Corning Cell Recovery Solution is used full strength to recover cells from Corning Matrigel® Matrix
Formulation- nonenzymatic proprietary solution
