Appleton appLADDERs are produced from proprietary plasmids that are digested to completion and purified in a multi-step chromatography process. The ladders are supplied in a ready-to-use format that includes a loading buffer and tracking dyes.

The appLADDERs are available as 100bp or 1kb and give clear, distinct bands plus reference bands with increased intensity for easy size determination. Loading quantity is 5uL per lane.
