Appleton Woods announces partnership with Greyhound Chromatography!
Appleton Woods is known in the UK for supplying high-quality consumables, reagents, and equipment at great prices with excellent customer service. Our range has consistently grown over 55 years of servicing the laboratory industry and now encompasses some of the biggest names in Science including Corning, Sartorius, and Zeiss including our own Appleton brand and other emerging brands. Media and FBS from German manufacturer, Capricorn, has recently been added to expand our reagents portfolio. However, upon listening to feedback from our customers we realised the need for chemicals and solvents- thus offering customers the complete workflow!

Established in 1981, Greyhound Chromatography is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of the highest-quality chromatography columns, certified reference standards, research chemicals, and solvents. They have been supplying research and analysis laboratories around the world for over 40 years. Greyhound’s Managing Director, Paul Massie, founded the company which operates from its UK warehouse and office facility, located in Birkenhead, Merseyside.
Greyhound’s range of products complements that of Appleton Woods. allowing us to satisfy the requirements of HPLC and Gas Chromatography labs which we could previously only supply with general consumables. Greyhound Chromatography is one of the biggest companies to supply a range of chromatography products and chemical standards anywhere in the world and Appleton Woods customers will now have access to this extensive range of products! Likewise, Greyhound’s international customer base can benefit from their expertise in shipping globally but can now complete baskets with Appleton Woods’ extensive, plastic, equipment, and consumable ranges, in turn reducing the need to purchase from multiple companies, whilst keeping delivery costs low.
