Description
- Optimized human fibronectin coating allows endothelial cell attachment and subsequent migration through the membrane.
- Assay flexibility and rapid data collection, cells can be labeled pre- or post-migration; run real-time kinetic or end-point assays.
- Unique, proprietary, fluorescence blocking membrane blocks the fluorescence of labeled cells above the membrane. No further manipulation is needed to quantify assay results.
- Increased sample throughput, 24- and 96-Multiwell formats are compatible with most fluorescence plate readers and fluid handling instruments.
