Dear Valued Customer,

Appleton Woods have always been and remain committed to providing our customers with deliveries at the lowest cost to you. As a distributor, our pricing is largely affected by changes made by the manufacturer, and in the current global economy, we are seeing price rises more often and at a higher-than-usual rate. Various factors have contributed to the increases that we are experiencing, including but not limited to, the current energy crisis, increased freight costs, global shifts following the Covid-19 pandemic, and continued inflationary pressures.

Despite our very best efforts to mitigate these increases, we are now unable to continue absorbing these increases beyond July 2023. It is with regret that after over a decade of maintaining our costs for deliveries, we have no choice but to increase our delivery charges.

From the 1st of August 2023, the following changes will be made to our delivery charges. Current customers with pre-existing contractual arrangements will remain unaffected.

We recognise the significance of increased pricing and the impact it has on our customers; however, we do not wish to compromise quality or customer service as we strive to provide you with the service you expect from Appleton Woods.
