Here's what some of the team have to say about what it’s like to work at Appleton Woods
Clara Dunning – Senior Customer Services Officer & Data Analyst
“Working at Appleton Woods is certainly never boring! Working closely with customers means dealing with lots of varied enquiries and no two days are ever the same, which is something I really love! We’re a small team who all work closely together to achieve success and after putting in a lot of hard work we enjoy celebrating a job well done.”
Shirin Joseph – Product Development Specialist
“Working at Appleton Woods is enjoyable because you are empowered to resolve issues quickly. The team is small, approachable and friendly, so communication is quick, and real positive change happens much quicker than in a large organisation. You feel like you can make a real difference, and that it is actually appreciated. Ideas are encouraged but you need to put forward a good business case as to why things should change or be improved.
Laughter is important in a team, and we have plenty of it, so working here is both demanding and a lot of fun. We celebrate together when we get it right, and all employees are rewarded financially when we jointly achieve targets.”
