Getting to know customers and understanding the important work they do is an enjoyable and fulfilling part of working at Appleton Woods.
On joining, you’ll receive a personal induction plan to make sure you understand our systems, processes and products, as well as getting to meet everyone you will be working with. You will have regular catch-ups with your manager where the focus will be your on-going training and development. These meetings will help you reach your full potential and ensure you have a clear career progression within the company.
Our modern office and warehouse facility in Kings Norton, SW Birmingham is a great place to work. There is ample free parking as well as good connections to the local train and bus services and secure facilities for cyclists (including showers.) There’s a kitchen so you can bring in your own food for lunch, as well as an area for relaxation. Tea, coffee and fruit are provided by the company.
