Description

Experience precision and versatility with this advanced shaking water bath, featuring state-of-the-art PID temperature control that displays both set and actual temperatures simultaneously for optimal monitoring.

Designed with flexibility in mind, a broad range of accessory flask clips and racks can be mounted onto the perforated tray, which fits securely on the reciprocating stainless steel trolley. This allows for easy loading and unloading of flasks, micro titre plates, and test-tube racks by simply lifting out the complete shelf. The trolley is removable, facilitating effortless cleaning and maintenance. The perforated tray is included as standard.

The quiet shaking system enhances laboratory comfort, and by removing the trolley and replacing the perforated tray, the unit can be converted into a standard laboratory water bath. Stability during shaking is ensured by the robust trolley, and the removable perforated shelf simplifies sample handling compared to traditional shaker baths that require removing the entire shaker carriage.

Controls

Bold LED display presents measured temperatures in real-time with ±0.1°C increments using a precision PID temperature controller. Temperature settings are retained in memory even after power off.
User-friendly touch keypad controls make setting temperature values straightforward and precise.
Equipped with an auto-setting temperature alarm to protect your work at the desired temperature.
Factory calibrated at two temperatures for reliable validation and accuracy.
Shaking speed is adjustable via an analogue dial pointer graduated in 100 rpm increments from 0 to 380 rpm, with a variable stroke length of up to 40 mm accessible through a side access port.

Safety Features

Includes a thermal cut-out in the heater and non-slip rubber feet to ensure safe operation.
Automatic under/over temperature alarms are set 4°C above and below the set temperature, with clear visual indicators during alarm conditions.
If the bath exceeds safe temperature limits, heating is automatically switched off to prevent damage or hazards.
Once the temperature returns within safe limits, alarms clear and normal control resumes, displaying actual bath temperature continuously.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
