Does my lab qualify for the new lab start-up program?
To qualify for our New Lab Start-Up Program, you must be doing one of the following in the next 12 months:
- Building or establishing a new lab
- Receiving your first research grant
- Moving to a new location
Account Credit, how much will I receive and when?
Once your order (over £12,500) is processed on our system and confirmed, your account will be credited. You will then be able to use the credit to purchase: consumables, small equipment and reagents from our ‘New Lab Set Up Range’ (view the range below)
*Credit value is incremental as outlined below, voucher top up capped at order value of £250,000. Orders with a value equal to £12,500 will receive credit for 8% of the order value.
Orders between £12,500 and £25,000 will receive credit as above, plus 7.5% of value between £12,500 to £25,000.
Order between £25,000 and £50,000 will receive credit as above, plus 7% of value between £25,000 to £50,000.
Order between £50,000 and £100,000 will receive credit as above, plus 6.5% of value between £50,000 to £100,000.
Order between £100,000 to £250,000 will receive credit as above, plus 5% of value between £100,000 to £250,000.
Credit percentage capped at £250,000, maximum credit value £14,437.50.
How long will it take to receive my items after placing my order?
In stock items will usually be dispatched within 3 working days.
If items need to be ordered into stock, we will provide you with regular updates on delivery schedules (part-shipment options are available).
We are also happy to work out a delivery schedule that suits you, should there be any delays in setting up your lab.
Terms & Conditions
When redeeming account credit via the new lab start up program, the value of free product must be calculated using the current Appleton Woods list prices for the year. Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Appleton Woods promotion, or applied retrospectively to any other order. Credit only applies to equipment, reagent and consumable products from the ‘New Lab Set Up’ page. Credit is available to New Lab Start-Up customers only and all free product must be claimed within six months from date of issue. Orders must be placed via website or PO, but cannot be processed via portals including but not limited to Science Warehouse. Any orders over the credited amount are payable via the institutions standard payment terms. Standard delivery terms apply. Delivery charges do not contribute to order value and cannot be converted to credit value.
