Shipping policy

Standard delivery cost is £15.00 + VAT. 

N.B The standard delivery fee does not apply to certain items. These may be subject to additional shipping charges, for example capital equipment items or dry ice shipments. Please contact our office for details. 

We will normally despatch your order to you within 2 working days. 

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. Any in stock items on your order will be part-shipped on our standard delivery schedule at no additional charge. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
