The Cole-Parmer® SP Series delivers a versatile lineup of compact, reliable spectrophotometers designed for routine laboratory analysis, educational use, and advanced quality control. Inheriting the legacy of the trusted Jenway brand, this portfolio spans from entry-level visible instruments to advanced, touchscreen-driven UV/Vis scanning systems.

Designed with your convenience in mind, the SP-500 series of spectrophotometers provides accurate and reliable results in various applications from teaching, to industrial applications, to routine sample analysis in quality control environments. Navigation is fast and intuitive on the large 7” high-definition colour touchscreen display. View scans and curves, zoom in and out, and select points right on the screen even when wearing gloves. The home screen provides easy access to measurement modes as well as saved results and methods.

Programmed measurement modes include photometric for single wavelength measurement, concentration for measuring concentration using a standard or factor, spectrum for a high purity scan across the entire wavelength range, quantitation with the ability to create a calibration curve using up to 20 standards, kinetics to monitor change over time, as well as multi-wavelength mode.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
