Precision optics and repeatability: manual 5:1 zoom (0.8x…4.0x) with fixed clickstops for fast, reproducible magnification changes; comfortable 45° viewing with adjustable interocular distance and high-field eyepiece compatibility.
Long working distance and stability: robust mount with adjustable friction and 5 kg load capacity; columns and boom or swiveling stands with smooth lift and ample reach support sample manipulation, larger parts and accessory integration.
Flexible illumination toolkit: integrated near-vertical LED illumination (IVI) and built-in transillumination on selected stands enable brightfield, darkfield and oblique contrast; expand with ring, single-spot, double-spot, gooseneck and cold-light LED modules for precise epi-illumination control.
Advanced lighting control: segmented ring illuminator with multiple modes (full, half, quarter, opposing quarters) and rotational options; dedicated sockets and separate RL/TL on/off/dimming for quick switching between techniques.
Ergonomic, practical operation: intuitive stand controls, focusing drives with generous lifting range, and working surfaces designed for stages, polarizers and accessories (threaded interfaces included).

Typical configurations include compact K stands with integrated transillumination, LAB stands with rotatable/slidable mirrors for advanced transmitted-light contrast, MAT setups with ESD features and segmentable ring illumination, boom and swiveling stands for large or awkward samples, and articulated suspension arms for maximum reach. Gooseneck guides, focusing attachments, polarizers and front optics extend capability for intricate inspection and materials work.

Delivery

Standard Delivery £15.00 +VAT.

Delivery Schedule All in stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Exemption The standard delivery fee does not apply to certain items. These may be subject to additional shipping charges, for example capital equipment items or dry ice shipments. Please contact our office for details.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Any in stock items on your order will be part-shipped on our standard delivery schedule at no additional charge. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
