Description

Crushing without cross-contamination - this is possible with the MultiDrive control package including autoclavable disposable tubes BT 250 and the required TC 1 protective housing for dry samples.

BT 250 is a disposable tube with a cross-shaped stainless steel beater and flow breakers. The plastic blending tube can be autoclaved. This effectively prevents cross-contamination even if it is used multiple times. An integrated RFID chip simultaneously stores and limits the lifespan of the blending tube. 5 spare seals are included in the scope of delivery. By replacing the seal, the service life of the blending tube can be extended. The disposable tube can only be operated with the TC 1 protective housing which is also included in the scope of delivery.

MultiDrive universal crusher can perform a wide range of crushing tasks involving coarse and fine crushing, thanks to the variety of vessels available. There is a USB interface available for easy actuation and documentation respectively.

High performance
Excellent crushing performance is guaranteed by a combination of
variable rotational speeds, ranging from 3000 rpm to 20 000 rpm,
and a 1000 Watt output.

Interval operation
The option of interval programming is simple to activate at the
press of a button. Interval operation is an asset during the coarse
crushing of hard samples or for extra thorough blending.

Integrated cooling
A cooling system is integrated in the milling cup, which allows
indirect heat dissipation. Thus, coolant and sample remain separate.

TFT-display
A clear TFT-display guarantees user-friendly operation.

Temperature measurement
MultiDrive control offers temperature measurement and vessel
recognition using RFID. A temperature limit can be set for
temperature-sensitive materials, or for specific planned reactions to
protect against overheating.

Weighing function
The weighing function is also integrated into the user-friendly
workflow of the IKA MultiDrive control. Weighing is performed
before crushing using the same mixing cup, so that no transfer
of contents is required.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
