Minisart^® NY with hydrophilic polyamide (nylon) is optimized for aqueous liquids and solvents with a pH of 3 – 14. Type 1776C with a pore size of 0.45 µm can be used for sample preparation. It has a male luer slip outlet. Non-sterile Minisart^® NY syringe filters are supplied in a pouch in one pack. This reduces waste and makes the handling easier whenever the application allows clarification under non-sterile conditions, like this is the case for the majority of sample preparation steps prior to HPLC or GC analysis. The polyamide membrane combines fastest flow with low non-specific binding.
