Following on from the Government guidance and the current international health care situation surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to inform you, our Customers, what we are doing to ensure no service interruptions from us. We appreciate that our products are used in research and testing laboratories around the UK and are essential to their continued operation.
We are in constant communication with our key suppliers and currently we are not experiencing any supply disruption for key product lines. However, as the Coronavirus situation continues to develop, that may change. Our Management Team are meeting daily to review developments and have contingency plans in place to ensure continuous cover in our Customer Service Team. We have also taken steps to minimise risk within Appleton Woods by allowing members of our team to work from home where possible.
We strongly encourage you to evaluate your supply needs for the next 2 to 3 months and suggest you consider purchasing key supplies now to proactively prepare for possible supply disruptions.
