- Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase. It is suitable for applications requiring high temperature synthesis of DNA. Taq DNA Polymerase catalyses the polymerisation of nucleotides into duplex DNA in the 5` to 3` direction in the presence of Mg2+ and has the 5` to 3` exonuclease activity
- Generates mostly 3` dA overhang amplification products which are suitable for TA cloning
- 2X Taq Master Mix is a specially formulated for quick and convenient amplification of genomic and cDNA templates. This ready-to-use mixture is provided as a 2X solution that is stable and contains all the reaction components except primers and template DNA. It is suitable for all routine DNA amplification applications and TA cloning.
- Stable at 4C for up to 6 months
- Retains activity up to 20 freeze-thaw cycles
