AxyPrep Mag DyeClean utilises a unique paramagnetic bead-based purification system optimised for the clean-up of excess terminator dyes post sequencing, producing an average contiguous read length of over 900bp.This simple process can be performed directly in the thermal cycling plate and requires no centrifugation or filtration.
